Please see our FAQ page to prepare  for first  acupuncture treatment  and after treatment how to take care of myself, In order to maximize the time spent during your appointment on your treatment ,it's useful to print and fill out new patient forms ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment if you are unable to print, You can arrive approximately 30 minutes early for your appointment and fill  them  out in the at clinic  appointment will be about  one hour to one  and half hour . i perform patient  diagnostic evaluation and assessment of a condition by four examinations (Looking, Listening/Smelling,

Palpation, Asking), Then I will  create a treatment plan that is specific to your situation.  

1.    Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any  required paperwork. You may print the forms out (click new patient) and fill them out at home , please bring the completed form with you when you come to the office.
2.   Cancellations    By canceling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance,  same-day    cancellations, and cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of reserved treatment fee . 
3.  “No-call, No-show”  You will be charged the full cost of the  regular appointment fee  .
4.  Refund Policy   All purchases are non-refundable ,if you  have made a purchase in error prompt communication with Natural Cure Acupuncture LLC is required .
5.  We accept all forms of payment at the time of service.  
6.  Packages are non-transferable and must be used within six months.  
7. Late arrive    If a patient arrives late, the session may be shortened . Patient is responsible for a full session ,if no enough time remains to start treatment .Call the clinic at:704.526.5968  to reschedule your appointment
